Monday Fun

Can you believe it!?! I'm posting again!
Yesterday Norman , me and the girls went to the musisum of play. It was so much fun! We spent a good amount of time there. The girls did really good too. It was pretty relaxing. They have a place there that is all about books and fariy tales. That one is one of my fav. We made wands for all of us. Then Annalisa went up and down the things they have to climb there. Liviana just love being able to walk and touch every thing! Upstairs was the fun part for Norman and I. It has a bunch of vidios that you can play...everything from the wii to this hug vidio game that is on the floor. The kids liked it too. We had a blast. After we went home and had pizza and then Norman and I wacthed Friends 3 season I was luaghing so hard. Over all it was the best day! These pics. are from there...I think Norman's is awsome!

The other thing that I wanted to put on here is my goal for this year! I'm a Mary Kay Consultent and I working really hard to eran my (free)car! They also pay for 85% of the insureance!! I'm on my way. I'll keep you up todate on my progress.

I think I forgot that I had a blog! :-/ I can't believe I went this long with out posting something. There have been a lot of changes this past year. I will try to hit as many high lights as I can.

Norman started work at Sutherlands as tech support (June or July sometime). At first he was hard but as he got into the grove of things he has started to like it. It's not where want to be forever but it well do for now.
Around the same time Norman started work I started my own business with Mary Kay cosmetics. It has been great. (I will talk more about this in another post)

In August Livi turned 1 year old! We had family out around then so we celabrated hers and Cals(my sisters son) birthdays. They had a cut caturpiller cake that Nikki made. It is always nice when we can celabrat together!

In October we were able to find a nice arodbale appartment! We love it! We live about 15min from my Mom and Dad. It is wanderrful to be able to have our own space and be close to family.

Then we had the holidays. They were great.

In Decmber Annabug turned 3! I can't believe how big both of my girls are. They have grown so much over this past year.

Summer 2011

Comings and Goings

We have had a great start to our summer. Norman myself and the girls went to CA to see mt sisters for about 2 weeks. It was so much fun. It was great to see family and friends. The cousin were so cute together. Annalisa was so excited about being out side! We could hardly keep her in. While we were there we also got to see our newest nephew blessed. I really didn't want to come back...between the weather and my sisters, but we needed to be back. Liviana was tongue tied and the appointment to fix it was in a couple of day so we had to say good bye to family and sunshine.
Shortly after we were home Norman's parents come from Germany to visit. They stayed for a couple of weeks. It was very nice to see them and the girls love the attention of not only one set of grandparents by two. Poor Livi was sick most of the time that they were here...but by the time they left she was feeling her happy self again.
I have been taking some online classes in day car management. It has been going very well. My ave right now is a 93. I must say that I have never had an average like that!! It is exciting to see it...in something other then my art classes!
Annalisa out of the blue has really started to talk up a storm! she has the cutest squeaky voice. She has started to say prayers as well. it's very sweet. She has loved that the weather has finally decided to be nice so she can go outside and play. She is a lot of fun.
Liviana is growing so much. She warms my heart with her laughter. She has the best laugh! She recently feel in love with food. ( i think b/c she was tongue tie it was hard for her to eat) She could sit at the table for hours content to just relaxing and eating. She has also started to stand up a little bit more. When we hold her hands to walk she can hardly stop laughing...which dosen't make it easy to walk.

Some of you know and others may not my sweet Norman is in the hospital. I don't want to put to much info on here. We just need your prayers mostly him, that he will get better and be able to come home to his family.(I don't want to be rude but i would prefer no questions about the details Thanks)

Our Indianapolis Adventures Begins

We are enjoying being in Indiana. It is so nice to have our own place. We were able to find a nice apartment that was in our price range but still has a lot space.

The community seems nice. They have story time at the library. The girls loved it. It was nice for me to be able to talk with other moms too.Today was really cool they had free admission to get in to the children's museum. There was a ton of people there but it was still fun.

We have been able to keep in touch with my family by using skype. It is so wonderful for the kids to still see grandma and grandpa. I think it fun for the grandparent to see the kids grew week to week too.

As some of you may know we have been living with my parents and my youngest siblings for the past 2 years in New York. It has been great. I have loved getting to know them all so much better, they are wonderful people. I don't know what I would have done without them. I pray that our family can always stay close. This past weekend we move to Indianapolis IN...We are very excited about our new home. I can not thank my Heavenly Father enough for the time that we were able to stay with my family. I have learn a lot and was able to make some wonderful memories. Thanks to phones and the Internet we will be able to stay in touch. I'm so grateful for the family that I have they are great and I couldn't have ask for a better one. I love them all!!

These pictures are all mixed up...sorry. The ones where the kids and Norman are dressed up are from a sunday we went on a walk. It was so nice. The other pictures are from when we went to ZooBoo. Annabug was a lion, Livi was a bear and i was a tiger....Lions, Trigers, and Bears O my! It was great...I think the grandparents might have had just as much fun as the kids. Enjoy the pictures.

A week old

Annabug loves her little sister!

The birth was so crazy. When I was 37 weeks I went in to the Doctors and he said that I was 3 centimeters. So he sent me to labor and delivery. I was there for a couple of hours and nothing was really happening so they sent me home. I wasn't to happy about that, but what are you going to do. Needless to say I tried everything to get the baby to come. She had other plans though. Two weeks went by and I was still pregnant. Then at 4:30am, on Aug. 1st my water broke...it was kinda funny because I wasn't sure if that's what had happened. So we went to the hospital, we got there around 5:00am. They did all the paper work while I was hooked up to the baby monitor. Now here comes the really crazy part. They checked me and I was 6 centimeters! At this point I was very nervous that I would have to go natural. They got me in a room and I was there for a little bit and they checked again and i was 9 centimeters!!! The next thing I know I was pushing!! Thankfully I was only pushing for about 10 min. and she was out at 7:07.

Annbug has been pretty good with the baby. She loves Livi sometimes a little to much. We thank God for our wonderful girls!

Summer updates

It has been a great summer thus far.

My sister Veronica had her baby! Isn't he the cutest!

My brother Ben graduated from high school.

Bug has just loved being out side. She loves playing the garden.

She enjoys being with her dad.

She isn't sure what to think about the new baby.

The swimming pool is her favorite place to be.

She is getting so good at swimming.

We don't have much longer before we have our new little one here. I'm most defiantly ready for her to come. It will be crazy having two kids running around but i think that we are up for the challenge. well i have to go put the bug to bed... enjoy the pics.(Nicole took most of them...she is great isn't she.)

Doctor

To up date you on the doctor....I'm so glad that i change!!!! My new Doctor is the best! The 1 visit he know not only know my name but he took the time to look up my husbands name so he know that to when he come in. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I feel a million times better about my diabetes and how he will handle that and the labor and delivery. I know that God had his hand in us finding our new doctor and I'm very grateful for that. God does answer prays!

I finally found a new doctor!!! Can I tell you how good that makes me feel! It's hard when you don't feel comfortable with your doctor. I have an appointment in 2 weeks and we will see how that goes. We have done a lot of praying so I feel that this is what the Lord would have us do.

This past month we had a lot of family over. It was lots of fun, and a little crazy. I enjoyed speneding time with my mother-in-law. It was good to get to know her better. I also enjoyed being with my sisters!

We went to the doctors yesterday and we found out that we are having another little girl! I think that it will be lots of fun. I love having sisters! Sharing clothes, a room, lots of laughs and many more things that i can't think of right now.(pergo brain) We have a lot of great memories and I know that there will be more to come. I love you Veronica, Nicole and Monica!(Don't worry Ben your my Favorite brother and I love you too!) Norman did already talk to Bug and said that her and her sister can't PMS. LOL we will see how that goes.
So I have a theory...I think Norman might have to wait for his little boy. He say we have to have at lest one boy. I think that the boy will be saved for last...just to make sure we have all the kids that God wants us to. :-)

At the beginning of this month I start to not feel very good. I thought that it might be the flu because every one in my family got it... but I still didn't feel right a week or two later so I took a pregnancy test. It come out positive! We are very excited...but that's not the end of the story. So I made a Ob appointment and I wasn't sure when my period was so they sent me for ultrasound. I thought that they might say that we are 2 months at most but it turns out that we are 12 weeks! Surprise we are 3 months pregnant!

Bug come to the ultrasound with us and she wasn't very happy that mommy wasn't holding her. Afterwards we showed her the pictures and she thought they were great. She was pointing to them and talking it was sweet.

It has been a great couple of weeks. Norman took the GRE!!! It was a happy day in the Griffiths/Field home. You could see the stress leave poor Norman! To celebrate he spent the day play with Bug and eating ice cream. We were all glad to have Norman back from study land!!!
I have been teaching art lessons for about a month now. It has been so much fun. I think i enjoy it more than my students.
The other day I found this great cook book at the library and have been cooking up a storm. My family didn't know I could cook until I moved here... partly because as a teen i didn't really want to cook, but now i have come to enjoy it very much.
Bug has been walking all over the house. It is so cute to watch her. Every day she gains more and more confidence. When she 1st started everyone would clap for her. So every now and again she will clap for herself when she walks, it is very cute!
Veronica, Lloyd and Nicole were out this past week! It was a lot of fun. We went to Ben's football game against Brockport and Monica's XC meet. It was a blast to have us all together again.(we did miss Jay thou.) It was really fun to reminisce about when we were little. I think that, that was one of my favorite parts!

9 months

Here are the up dates:

Bug is now 9months! Crazy! She is loving life. She cut her 1st two teeth (bottom). She has crawling down to an art and is trying her luck at walking. We are having a blast with her!

Norman is still looking for a job. It is kinda bitter sweet I enjoy having him home but at the same time I would enjoy not having to worry about money.

I start teaching art lessons this week. I'm very excited. probably more excited them my students.

This next week we are going to go see my good friend Heather and her hasband Eric down in PA. I can"t wait to see her. It will be great to spend time with her.

Ben and Monica have started football and XC. It been fun watching them. GO BEN! GO MONICA! They have grew up so fast and they are the best kids! we enjoy the time that we are able to spend with them. One of the resons i'm so greatful that we are living with my mom and dad is so that we can get to know them.

We went to the museam of play with Bug. It was so much fun. There where so many new things for her to explore. She loved all the kids around too. Here are some videos. Enjoy!

This was in the toddler area. She loved to stand up on the walls. So Mama thought that she might like to work on walking and she did.

She likes to make muisc and the piano is the best because you have to bang on it.

This next one is cute. I thought I was taking a picture but it started to recored... it was cute so we just went with. (babies don't hold still anyways so video sometimes works better anyways.)

Ok So I thought I would try doing the pictures on the side and I don't think that I like it.

Lets see whats new... Norman has been at his job for about 2 months now. He likes it but it is stressful. He is in the primary teaching the 10 & 11 year olds. He really enjoys that. I have fianily got the hang of this stay at home mom thing. I love staying home with Annalisa! She is so much fun. As you can see she is quit a chacter. Some of her favorit things right now are: rolling around on the floor, being tickled by Ben, listening to Papa spake greman, touching Mamas face, playing with Monica, talking to Grandpa and Grandma, and being held by Nikki. Her favorit thing to say is "HI".

Cazy & Loving Every Minute!

It is an interesting experience going from two people to eight. During the week it is a little bit more like what we are use to. The kids, Mom and Dad are at school and work so it is usually just Norman and I. Norman study I take care of Bug no bigy. But then comes the weekend don don don don...Ben and Monica have there things they need to do...Nicole has her things she needs to get done and then there is Mom and Dad...and us. There is just not enough time in one weekend. But I wouldn't trade it for the world it is so nice to be with them you almost forget that your going 90 miles an hour. It is also great to have so many hands to help out. Needless to say we are still getting use to have a full house but it is great to be home.

A New Job
Norman got a job working at the Hospital. He starts this coming Monday. We are excited. We have been out of work for 3 months so it is wonderful to know that we have a pay check coming in.

We made it to New York! It was smooth flying. Bug slept right through the flights and so did we. =-)
It was a happy day for Grandpa when he final got to see his little grand baby. He held her as much as he could before he had to go back to work. Uncle Ben was also able to see her. It was so cute he gave he a little kiss on the forehead and then had her hold his finger. It was a great weekend.
Early last week I feed her 3 bottles so that she wouldn't blow out her diapers.(The Dr. said to do that) It worked good a little good...She got constipated! We gave her same prune and apple juice, surprisingly she didn't mind it.(I think it was because she was hungry.) she still wouldn't go so we had to take her to the Dr. When we were there Norman ask the Dr. slyly if it is good to feed her apple juice and the Dr. was like "We do that with older kids but the young babes wont take it." it was hard not to say " We gave it to her hahahah" Thankfully she is pooing again.=-)

As you can see our little angel has arrived! It has been great. We have had tons of help from family and friends. I think I would have gone crazy with out so much help! Thanks! Tomorrow I will be on my own for a little bit while Norman goes and takes his test. I think that it will be fine but I'm not going to lie I'm nerves. She is a great baby... thank goodness! Things are going great. Norman hasn't gone crazy with school work yet...that's always a good thing. We are very excited that he is almost done. We are at 33 weeks now! YEAH!!! We are a little nerves but excited too. Oh...funny little fact...we had an ultrasound the other day and the baby has hair!
A funny story that happened the other day in church...we teach primary and this past week we were getting ready for our primary program. we took a little break to get a drink and some wiggles out. As we got to the drinking fountain a little girl about 5 points to my belly and say in a matter of fact voice "You have a fat belly!" I giggled a little and said, "Yes I do. You want to know why?" She looked at me "Why?" I said "because there is a baby in there." She gave me the funniest look and said "OH!" I'm not sure if she believed me or not, but it was so funny.
